HFA provides Healthcare Design for shell and interior space for free standing medical office buildings. We provide full service design including programming, planning, architecture, engineering, budgets, schedules, bid phase, equipment furniture and art. We are particularly focused on the patient experience and integrate “Positive Distractions” throughout the design.
Siemens Medical Headquarters
Corporate Headquarters for SE Region. Exterior marble pre-cast panels with Stainless Steel finished storefront system. Interior design consists of vinyl wall coverings and porcelain tile. Chrome and glass were used in order to reflect the state-of-the-art image that Siemens is known for. HFA was directly involved in the selection of furniture and artwork.
Enota Medical Office Building
2009 Four story Class A medical office building with a three story parking deck on the adjacent lot. This facility utilizes a Brick, limestone and an inviting entry. The building has a steel frame structure with EIFS veneer and metal stud & gyp walls. Decorative water fountains adorn the front entry. This was placed on hold due to the economy.
Clayton Eye Center MT.Zion
Build-to-suit Medical facility for multi-tenant use with the primary tenant Clayton Eye Center. This facility is a combination of a two story and a one story building that share parking. Granite and glass ribbons. It contains a steel structure with a combination built-up and standing seam metal roof.
Plastic Surgery Center Snellville
New MOB build-to-suit located in Snellville, GA. One story brick with EIFS arches and pitched roof adds residential flavor to plastic surgery center.
