Five story Class A office buildings. These three five story buildings of post stressed concrete with pre-cast panels received the pre-cast concrete excellence in design award.

One story Class B office building. This facility utilizes a Heavy Dimensional Interior Lobby Design to accent the exposed structure and architectural highlights.

Two story Class A office building. This facility utilizes a Heavy Dimensional Interior Lobby Design to accent the triangular shaped site. The building has a steel frame structure with EIFS veneer and metal stud & gyp walls. Decorative water fountains adorn the front entry.

The facility is constructed of precast concrete panel veneer with dark green glazing and a steel frame structure. Single membrane roofing was used. Columns were introduced at key focal points of the exterior to accent the design and large entry. 50,000 SF Atlanta Headquarters.

This 320,000 SF complex includes Garden Offices located within a 105 acre Campus setting comprised of three buildings interconnected, suited for their computer requirements. Our scope of services include shell, interior, color selection, furniture selection, Programming, and as-built drawings.

Located in the 40 story Southern Bell Center in Downtown Atlanta, this project features a Class A interior. The special accent lighting adds to the overall effect of the custom furniture and the mixture of Cherry and Maple. HFA has a 6 year A&E Term Contract which began in 1996.

This Corporate U.S. Headquarters will be placed on 28 acres and will include office, manufacturing, and distribution facilities encompassing three phases totaling 420,000 SF. The site will contain an open air courtyard with a fountain, customer parking, a Class A entry and lobby, and a three level parking deck with expansion to six levels. A unique, glass central access circulation corridor is open to the interior courtyard. HFA’s Scope of Services includes: Campus Planning, Architectural Design, Parking Deck Design, Landscape Architecture, Programming Internal Structure, and Move management.

This Lawson Mardon facility contains a Corporate Office, Manufacturing Areas, and a Distribution Center. Constructed of tilt-up concrete panels, the 50,000 SF structure is a build-to-suit. Because of the use of highly volatile ink products, not only was a highly sophisticated and complex HVAC and ventilation system utilized, but the building is designed to be Explosion Resistant

Corporate Headquarters for SE Region. Exterior marble pre-cast panels with Stainless Steel finished storefront system. Interior design consists of vinyl wall coverings and porcelain tile. Chrome and glass were used in order to reflect the state-of-the-art image that Siemens is known for. HFA was directly involved in the selection of furniture and artwork.
