This office complex is designed to be situated on a 34 acre lot on 5 parcels. The rustic facade houses innovative and contemporary features to accomidate new technologies while maintaining the overall feel of the project. This represents the Corporate Headquarters for Wayne Orr. This office complex is designed to be situated on a 34 acre lot on 5 parcels. Illustrated on this site plan is the Master Planning of highest and best use for the site. Located in the 40 story Southern Bell Center in Downtown Atlanta, this project features a Class A interior. Interior design consists of vinyl wall coverings and porcelain tile. Chrome and glass were used in order to reflect the state-of-the-art image that Siemens is known for. The structures are one and two stories and accommodate multiple tenants. Brookside Court encompasses 32,000 SF and 42,000 SF. Green mullions and tinted glass were used. Consisting of two 2 story office buildings and three single story office/service buildings are constructed with a steel frame and split face veneer. The Business/Service Park encompasses 400,000 SF. Construction costs are over $5.2 Million. Two independent Design Awards were received at Dorey’s Banquet.
